Cancellation Policy

1-2-1 Sessions Payment 1.1 Once paid, sessions are non refundable, unless medical. Sessions expire after 90 days. Cancellations less than 24hr will be lost unless certain circumstances are given. I will always try to reschedule another time and day. 1.2 The payment for these services will be invoiced to the individual client depending on length and amount of sessions due. 1.3 The invoice will be sent prior to the first session. The invoice is to be paid within 14 days from when the Invoice is sent. Failure to pay within this time frame will result in interest being added to your fee. Conditions needed for the session Make sure you have a clear & quiet space for us to practice. Additionally, please wear form fitting clothes to ensure proper alignment. A Yoga/pilates Mat is advised- If you have any small equipment like blocks, bands etc please have them handy and I can easily incorporate them into the workout. Health and Safety/ Child Protection 2.1 The Employer has a detailed health and safety policy, a copy of which is available from Samuel Downing PT. The Employee is required to read the policy and take all necessary steps to comply. 2.2 It is understood that Samuel Downing PT holds; - Valid Enhanced DBS Check - Public Liability insurance with excess of £2,000,000 3. Media and Marketing Release Information • Photos/Recordings to be used on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platform. • Allow [Samuel Downing PT] to edit, alter, copy, or distribute the photos for social media advertising and marketing. • Agree that the photos belong to [Samuel Downing PT]. • Understand that any monetary compensation will not be received.
